share in the context of your class / appointment is strictly confidential. If you are
working with us to rehabilitate an injury or medical condition, we may communicate
with other fitness, allied health, relevant staff or medical professionals with your
prior consent.

means that personal information may be disclosed:

– For the purposes for which we have advised that we are collecting it and for
related purposes that the individual would reasonably expect.

We are required by law to retain medical records for certain periods of time depending on
your age at the time we provide services.

Individuals will be able to access their personal information upon request given in

individual. We will always tell you why access is denied and the options you have to
respond to the decision. There may be a fee for the administrative costs of retrieving and
