This postnatal series is specifically designed to help you recover after birth and is suitable for newborns (over 6 weeks) up to pre-crawling bubs. We focus on improving pelvic floor and core strength, helping to stabilise the pelvis as well as mobilising the spine to restore postural alignment. It will also help you safely transition back into your regular activities / exercise if you wish to do so at some stage. During the class you can stop at anytime to feed, change or comfort your baby, returning to the class when you feel comfortable.

Following an uncomplicated vaginal or caesarean delivery, we will require you to wait until your 6 week postnatal check up for written medical clearance from your GP or Obstetrician to join group classes.

Maximum 4 clients per class.

Duration: 1 hour.

We recommend new clients attend an initial consult to gain basic knowledge on concepts such as breathing, core and pelvic floor activation.

If you are pre or postnatal, injured or have chronic pain we require you to attend an initial consult. An initial consult is also required for private health fund rebates.
