Barre is a high energy, low impact class based on the principles of Ballet and Pilates. Our semi-private classes focus on building confidence with correct technique to improve postural alignment, whole body strength, coordination and balance.


Maximum 3 clients per class.

Duration: 1 hour.


Suitable for all levels of fitness and ballet experience is NOT required. However, you must be in good health and free from injury.

We recommend new clients attend an initial consult to gain basic knowledge on concepts such as breathing, core and pelvic floor activation.

If you are pre or postnatal, injured or have chronic pain we require you to attend an initial consult. Barre is not claimable on private health fund rebates.
