Loves: travelling, ballet, long walks on the beach with her dog and stand up paddle boarding.

Originally from the Adelaide Hills, Nicolette has a strong background in dance, starting her training in classical ballet at the age of four. Over the years she has trained in different styles of dance, including jazz and contemporary. As a teenager Nicolette started taking regular Pilates classes to compliment the strength, control and discipline required for her dance training. Nicolette still continues to take regular ballet classes and also teaches the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus.

This passion for the human body and movement led Nicolette to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UNISA. Over her years as a Physiotherapist Nicolette has gained extensive experience working in a number of hospitals across Adelaide. She is currently specialising in community-based brain injury rehabilitation.

Nicolette has a passion for getting people moving well with a focus on controlled movements, proper alignment and correct technique; ensuring her clients get the most out of their Pilates experience.

Nicolette has completed her Polestar Pilates Matwork Certificate IV and is currently completing her Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Method.
